Fee Schedule and Service Area
Notarization and Travel Fees
Notary fees for Washington State are as follows;
$15 per signature
Travel fees in addition to Notary Fees;
For appointments in the greater Gig Harbor area (Zone 1 on map); $50 travel fee*
For appointments in the greater Port Orchard area (Zone 2 on map); $55 travel fee*
For Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Adult Family Homes, Correctional Facilities within our service area; $75 travel fee for greater Gig Harbor, $85 fee for Port Orchard
If you are outside of Zones 1 and 2, (ie Silverdale, Tacoma, Bremerton); We can still help. Travel fees will be slightly higher to account for additional mileage and bridge tolls.
* 50% discount on travel fees for people with disabilities and their caregivers. Notary fees still apply.

Additional Fees
Additional fees may be incurred for tolls, parking, waiting, no-show or non-complete.
We can provide witness/es if needed.
If for any reason (due to client / witness / improper documents, etc.) appointment can not be completed, travel fee is still due to notary.
Please note; Notary has limited time available for each appointment scheduled. Wait time (if schedule permits) in excess of more than 15 minutes is charged at prorated rate of $40 per hour.
Right to reschedule/cancel
In the event we to reschedule an appointment in order to better fit our schedule for travel purposes or logistics, we are committed to working with you to find a solution that still meets your needs.
Accepted Forms of Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.
Travel fees will be agreed upon prior to the appointment.

We accept cash, PayPal, and Venmo.
We also accept credit card /debit card payment via Square for a minimal processing fee.
